Hello, I noticed that my NP205 out of my 71 1210 truck is leaking from both the input and output shafts. Does iho sell a rebuild kit for this guy? I probably could also use some new bearings as well, just in case. Also, does the kit include the "double seal" seals or do I have to buy those separately? Also, I need new tcase crossmember bushings as well. Any polyurethane substitutes out there in the land of iho? Pm me a price if ya need too. Thanks!

Yes, we can get a gasket/seal kit for a NP205. But if you have substantial leakage only at the yokes/outputs, then I'd only replace those seals which is easy to do with the case in the vehicle.

It's very likely that your yokes will have a groove worn in 'em where the seal lips ride, those need to be repaired using a speedee-sleeve bushing or similar item.

The double seal setup can only be used in "some" applications as it's dependent upon which bearing retainers are installed on your 205. And...some have space for two seals although only one was installed at the point of manufacture. Ya need to remove the retainers and clean in order to determine if a double seal set can be used.

If there is not space for a double seal set of "normal" seal thickness, then it's possible that ya can find some "thin" seals of the same dimension (except for thickness) and use those. I do that quite often on gear cases and other points where there is potential benefit.
