No control from transmission

I adjusted both bands, refilled with new filter, etc. Started up and still have no control with shifter. Truck wants to go forward in park, if I put in reverse, it still feels like its in 2 differnt gears, engine lugs, wont move back at all. If I put in "park" go under to verify by moving driveshaft, it is "locked". Put tc in neutral then start truck. Then hear a grinding noise..rachet sound. Turn off truck immediatly. Put tc back in gear (2h). Start truck. Leave in park..engine feels like its in "gear". Driveshaft does spin in neutral with tc in neutral.

All this started immedialy after I did the power brake stall test for 5 seconds..I never did remove the valve body or disturb it in any way except to replace the filter. I did the stall test while in "d"..not "r" (reverse).
 
To clear things up better..I raised truck and put on jackstands. Staring in "p" I started engine...feels like its in gear..engine rpm stalls around 1800 if I try to give it gas..then I put in "r" does exact same thing..wheels wont turn in reverse. If I put in "n" then I have "1st gear"..put in "d" I have all forward gears and it shifts from 1st to 3rd like normal. If I place in "2" or "1", they both act like there susposed to..

Only problem I have is neutral, reverse and park.
