no brake pedal

Can I bypass p/v to check and see if I get brake pedal to tell me if that is my problem or if that doesn't solve my problem would that mean the m/c is bad I have put on rebuilt calipers and new wheel cylinders

The p/v valve will leak on not if not you should have pedal. You could try to bench bleed your m/c which will tell you if it's pumping. Are you getting any fluid out of the bleeders?

I bypassed the p/v for the front have fluid at the bleeder. I took the m/c back off and bench bleed it looks like I have fluid I haven't checked the rears I think my p/v over centered it self again
