New Scout Owner

Just purchased a 1977 Scout II. I live in the bay area and am looking for a trusted mechanic. Any help is greatly appreciated. I live in the east bay (martinez-walnut creek).

What are you looking to have done? We May have some shop time available in a month or so.

If you need someone closer or more immediately ed long at ace automotive in fairfield is an IH pro.

Just wanted to have it gone through. Identify any potential issues. Curious on the 4wd does the shifter stay at neutral or 2h? My Scout is automatic.

2h for normal city/hwy driving. Read your owners manual when you get a chance.
