New Owner!! 1971 800b door removal

Hi everyone! I'm brand new to Scout ownership and just purchased my first 1971 Scout 800B. Pretty excited about it since I live in a mountain town where it should be put to good use. I first want to take the doors off and am not sure if I remove the hinge screws and hinges from the truck completely or just remove the pin that is holding the hinges together. The pin is pretty dang rusted. Any info or tips are greatly appreciated.

Pins just pop out. Although if they are rusted in, they might need some persuading. Soak them in pb blaster, and then use a bfh and a drift and pound them out from the bottom.
