Plans are already under way to rebuild the Scout with a back seat! Then in about 15 years I can build a low rider street Scout for him to drive...
You should have enough material around your garage to rebuild one of those electric power wheels into a pretty good representation of a Scout. I bet you could throw a couple more batteries in series and regear it to get some good back yard crawler action for him.
