Hello all, I just joined this forum. I live in upstate ny, probably a bit far from most members.
My current IH is a '63 Scout 80 awd, possible champaigne edition(never ran the #s, no LST) I threw in the 196 w/weber 2bbl. Small lift and 31x11.5r15 maxxis mudzilla tires. Pics in attached thumbnails.

Im plannng on buying a truck out of oregon, thats pretty much why I joined this forum. I was wondering if anyone May know the '72 Travelall 1110 im buying. I am hoping to find more info about its history. Perhaps someone here was a previous owner. It is currently in the classifieds over at justih.org. Sorry, no pictures there. I can tell you its a baby blue with grey primer spots, with a blue interior. Going by the pictures it was last licensed in washington. The guy who owns it now got it on trade for some paint and body work.

Thanks in advance
-Joe

Welcome to the forum. Good lookin' li'l Scout there. Must come in handy with all the global warming yawl are experiencing of late. Where exactly in oregon is the t/a located?

This is the best pic I have saved at the moment, the rest just show a small area. He is going to send me another one soon of the entire rig.

Yes, I made that roof rack. I think it came out pretty nice. It is made out of 1x1 1/16th wall aluminum. At the front there is a mount for 4 of the rectangle lights surrounded by a guard. I havent had the drive to go buy the lights yet. The entire rack probably weighs less than 40lbs. The t-all will have one too.

Damn straight that rack turned out nice! I've got access to a bunch of aluminum 1.25" diameter tubing & 2x2x.25" angle I'm thinking of requesitioning to build a similar rack. Nice work.

Here are the pictures I just got. He says there is no rot, but if you zoom on on the lower doors there looks to be some rust colored areas. The truck comes with 4 extra doors. That has me thinking that there definitely is something going on there, otherwise why would there be 4 doors inside the truck?
