Hey new from texas,
I see noone has responded to your post yet so ill be the first. Congrats on your first Scout. My first Scout came to me in August 09 so not too long ago I was in your situation. There is a section on this site that you can read into what other people have done to their rigs. This site has a wealth of info. U just have to put in the time to search it out. Is your Scout gonna be street friendly or built for trail only? Are u gonna stay spring under or do a spring over? I had to answer those two questions first before I started doing anything to my suspension. Good luck with your project and hope u get more feedback.

Welcome to the addiction. Where in texas are you. There are some good Scout/IH clubs around. D/fw has the north texas binders ,they get together about once a month and there is also a group around the gulf coast/houston area. Get in touch with them and be prepared to learn as you go.
As scoutaddict said....there is a wealth of info on this site. And if you want good tech. Info search here first!!
