New Addition To The Shop..

Been wanting to install a lift in my shop for a while. Bought it end of last year due to deep discounts being offered. Finally finished the install and look who was the first to take a ride.... Yep the Scout! I have to do the rear brakes, leaking wheel cylinder and I have never had the drums off.. :yikes:
PS sorry for the messy shop. Tomorrow it gets all reorganized...

Very nice lift. I'm 58 and now wondering why I took on this frame off project on the 74 Scout II. Its wearing me out. A lift like that would make the job some what easier.

you guys are soooooooooooooooooo funny re: your age.

Last weekend I decided to change out all four ball joints on my 79 Traveler - by myself. In order to get to them, you have to totally pull off the hubs, brakes, axle shafts, etc. It took me the better part of 6 hours, but I got it done. I ain't as young as I used to be, but at 69 yrs. old, I ain't complaining. Sure must be nice to have a shop, a lift, and all those tools handy. One could only wish.
