Need wheel bolts and nuts for rear wheel C132 dually

1) vehicle model is a C132 (the dual wheel version of the C130)
2) production date/or year model. Vehicle was built late 1961
3) two wheel drive or four wheel drive. It is a two wheel drive pickup truck
4) type of transmission (and transfer case if applicable). Manual transmission
5) if 4x4, which axles front and rear. two wheel drive
6) which engine variation. Straight 6 - I believe is has a red colored valve cover
7) which ignition system variation. Not sure
8) which fuel system variation. Just a gas fuel system with a mechanical pump
9) which brake system variation. Hydraulic brakes
10) non-oem modifications present which May impact a response. None

I need a wheel bolt and nut for the rear wheel on this pickup truck. It is a 6 bolt pattern on each side, the six wheel bolts hold both wheels as it is a dually. One was broken in trying to remove a wheel - it was a left hand thread while the other 5 were right hand threads.

Does anyone know where I can buy a bolt and nut, the size of the said bolt and nut or any direct replacement that can be used.

Best bet is to knock one out and take it to your local autoparts store to match it up.
