Need info on decoding transmission numbers

We are searching for more information about the following three Travelall transmissions.
The following information was obtained from the line setting tickets and the transmission tags.
Can the numbers on the tags be decoded to obtain more information than what is listed below?

line setting ticket: 13419, t-419 4sp
tag: 346065-c91, as63-t-18

1972 1110
line setting ticket: 13427, t-19 wg 4sp
tag: 428115-c91, 13-090006

1973 1110
line setting ticket: 13428, t-19a wg 4sp

Thanks for the info! However, I'm curious if the line setting ticket matches the metal tag on the actual transmission. The three travelalls I own were all used, and I don't know the history of them. I'm trying to find out if these are the original transmissions or not. I haven't been able to find anything to decode the actual metal tag on the transmission.
