79 Traveler, 345, 4bbl, tilt, cruise, a/c, p/sm p/b.

IN the attached picture I am showing the "dingy colored" cam/horn ring alongside the one I just bought from IH PARTS. there seems to be a big difference. The part I ordered was for a tilt column, which is what I have. Did I get the wrong part? Please advise as soon as possible. Thank you. Reference order # 77759, placed the order on 03/08/21.

It looks like you got the wrong one, but I don't have both new ones in front of me to verify. I'll alert the parts guys to your question posted here or you can email them at sales@ihpartsamerica.com for a more direct reply.
 
I will e-mail them directly, thank you for your help as things are at a standstill until I get the correct part.
