Need flex plate for 196 auto tranny swap

One of the upgrades on the list his winter is an auto tranny swap. I have been stock piling the parts for this but I have not come up with a flex plate and the spacer yet. If there is anyone that has one in the area that they be willing to part with, please let me know.

Fwiw I had a Scout II with a 196 and a factory automatic. I would not consider it to be an upgrade. That combo was really a dog.

Use the v8 flex plate but remove the counter-weight and have it zero balanced in order to make it work.

That is how we did it on rockscout, just knocked the weight off.

This is a trail only rig so I am not worried about the upper end of the hp, just need the low end power and torque without the left peddle.

Ya, this is the plan so far, but everything I have for parts or have a line on that I can get parts off of is a stick, with the exception of the one 6cyl, which dosent match up.
