Need advice for Scout II build

I have recently purchased a '79 Scout II and have been working on tearing it apart and cleaning it to build it back up into something great. Now I have lots of patience to make sure things get done right but I'm new to this sort of thing.

I would like to my Scout to have 37" tires when I'm finished, what would have to be done for that to happen?
 
Do a search around here using key word "spring over" or "SOA". You will get plenty of returns to study!
