Misc. Junkyard Stuff

Hello there ben,

I am in need of a rear sill plate for my 1974 wagonmaster.

If you could find a rust free rear sill plate that the j/y would be willing to cut out of one of those 70's t-all and send it my way, on my dime I would greatly appreciate it.

I am attaching a photo of what my sill plate looks like.
The 2nd photo is what I would like my sill plate to look like after it is fixed.

I was told that they May be a little bit different, but I'll have to
work with that.....

Thanks.

ok, he wants 200 for the t-case, tranny, driveline and gearbox. I don't think he'd like to separate it.

I'm still kicking this around ben and will let you know if I decide to buy it. Thank you though for doing all this checking around on parts/prices for all of us.

If any of this stuff can be loaded "easily" in our travel trailer. I'll hook up with ben on the trip down to the IHSFR (we should pass through k-falls on oct. 1). We'll be in the t'all and windshields, fenders, and hoods are out of the question!

Actually Jeff (and ben) I'll "split" the tranny package with ya and I'll keep the t90 and d18, I can use the d18 for a builder and have that ready to go behind the t-34 for kathy's s80 that will be finished this winter! So maybe ben could go ahead and remove the pto as I won't have tools with me for that.

That pto is treasure I sure hate to see get away!

The tranny I'll refurbish and it can be used in someone else's restoration project,...and it can be mated with either a twin stick d20 for a Scout 800 I already have or another d18.

Erik....I also need the same piece of sill that you want! In fact...many folks across the country need that same piece for their t'alls produced as a repair/patch panel. Hopefully the light line dude-in-charge will be at the rallye again this year and we'll lean on him heavily to repop that part if he has the die set!

Perfect! I can definitely work with splitting the deal up. If you can bring the whole thing down with you we can split it up down here at the shop.

Interested in the Travelall camper top and some other parts off of it. Will be up that way in a month. You still able to pull parts off of it?

They have any round body travelalls up there? I need the drivers side rear 1/4 panel glass. Could also use a few small parts off any c series truck; front turn signal/ park lamp lenses & bezels & a fuel gauge.

Thanks!
John

edit: finally was able to scroll thru all the posts on my phone! Keep me posted ben if you spot one up there. I'll be picking up my '67 t'all end of oct in etna & could push up that way to grab parts... Main thing being that big ass wrap around 1/4 panel window.

Hey ben, I May need your help yet again! I need the stupidest little part, but can't seem to find it anywhere. It's the little ball-stud that connects the throttle cable to the carb throttle linkage. Only problem is, it May be different on other years of trucks/t-alls than mine. I'm hoping not though. I put some pictures of the part I need on page 5 of this thread:

http://www.forums.IHPartsAmerica.co...-International-100-truck-carb-problems-5.html

Let me know if you find anything like this. Thanks again!

Hey nelson, ya, I have one of those sitting in my carb drawer I can send it. You May want to ask michael mayben as well. He's got tons of stuff like that.

Hi ben. Yeah, it looks like michael replied to my post in the other thread. I'll try to get the right one from him and if that doesn't work out for some reason I'll check with you again. Thanks!

You going to be able to pull any stuff at that junkyard? I want some t-all parts and the camper top. I will be up to canyonville area the beginning of next month from n. CA.

Ben - would you/could you ask how much they want for the 80/800 hood? My newly acquired '64 needs one.

Thanks.

Michael,
you adapted a t34 to a Dana 18 transfer case? Very interesting, would like to see pictures.

What I have is a t18 four speed with a twin-stick d20 transfer case from a four cylinder Scout 800 I'm using. This is the setup used with the lay-down version of the 152/196, not the upright version used inna Scout II. The d20 will be removed and a d18 transfer case used instead.

I was referring to the line where you said "I can use the d18 for a builder and have that ready to go behind the t-34 for cathys s80 that will be finished this winter!"
