I just got my hands on what appears to be a pair of front MIDAS seats, complete with pedestals. I've searched pictures of other Scout MIDAS seats and see that they have arm rests and NO removable head rest. Were there different styles of the MIDAS front seats re: different years? Also, the pedestals appear to be the correct ones. I would appreciate any info and pictures, if possible.

Additionally, does anyone have a "reference" manual or shop manual with pictures on the MIDAS seats? Looking for maintenance info for the pedestals.
 
So, attached are the adjusters from under the MIDAS seats. Trying to figure out how they work and if they need to be "freshened up", or just leave them and re-install. The "push" tab works, but the entire bar is really hard to compress. I'm guessing they are pressurized? I don't know. Any help please.
