I have a friend that would like to test out his freshly rebuilt non-Scout.... Would it be cool to bring him along?
I'm not in charge of this run, so I thought I'd ask whom ever is in charge.
or

Yeah, by default, whoever starts the thread and/or suggests the trail ride is "trail boss for a day".
Since our consortium of trail bosses has yet to gel as viable group, your the one dan. Or as they say in the nba "you da man"

Becasue I definatlly dont know the area very well, but im going to bring my gps and Mark points this time, so maybe by next time I could lead one of these runs.

Did you pick up a power cable for your gps yet? I have a spare if you want to borrow it for the day.

I would but I havnt wired a 12v cig lighter yet. I just need to order one of those theyre only like 15bucks, maybe for my birthday.

Our current trail boss system is working great! We have had 3 or 4 great trips in a row.
The responsibility doesn't start until we meet at the gas station. When we are just chatting online there really isn't anything to do.

I was talking to my parts dude. He reminded me of something...
The huge wind storm we had last week.... If it blew trees over in hillsboro and newberg -- it surely blew some over in the coast range.
So I will be bringing a chainsaw to help us out if we need it.

speaking of tires, Mike could you throw one of your old tires on the trailer for a spare for me? I still havnt gotten my tire fixed from the trailer ramp incident.
Ive been looking over the maps trying to get a better feel for the area and it looks to me like a loop of "power line" to "little rubicon" then over to the "uphill" "can opener" "waterfall" and "rock garden" then if weve got enough time for it hit the the "crushers" then back to the rigs? Does that sound like a good loop?
