[wed morn] Joe just spoke to reuben. Tdo is not going to use area 5 the 9. They are going the 23 and camp at the obsticle course.

I'm ok with camping at sycamore for the weekend. We seem to have good luck in finding enough space.

That would be great ! I was wondering how everyone felt about bringing back the westcoast winter nationals . ???
also I am trying to set up a tour of the hudner property for sat after chilly dogs . I am telling them about 5 vehicals . but I do need a head (vehical) count . so please post up if intersted .

Probly just a t shirt for now. With the possibulty to grow intosomthing more. Like. Jr. Rally. I dont realy know. What typ of activtys were there in the past. ???????

-not sure. I'll see bill in the next few days and I'll ask him for more details. I think it was like a mini-IH show. They had sponsors, awards, shirts, meals.

If you want to step it up a notch, I could get behind that. Hopefully get area 5

-we can whip up some shirts this year, that's no biggie. Ramon can come up with the art. Yellow on black - $10.

we will be opening the hudner to the public by then with
no permit process for day-use. Just have to read a one page brochure and check
in at the kiosk to get the combo for the hudner. We will allow 10 vehicles at
one time. Hope you have a great visit!

Just a coupel thoughts .
What about a movie nite at hollister ? :ellipses: we talked about dooing this at the yurt at the rally . We kind of did it at the harvesters camp site with jason's cell phone :ihih: . I have about 6 of rick russels wheling vidoes , 1 or 2 top truck challenges , and the mint 500 . I am sure I can get my hands on a small genrator . I think stacy has a spair tv and dvd player . My only issue is transporttation we just dont have much room with all my kids + camp gear . I think camp fire movies would be prety cool . If any one els had vidoes they would be encouraged to bring them too .
Is ramon abel to do the art for the t shirts . ( maby somthing about bringing back the west coast winter nationals ?) should we start a post for orders ? Cary I know you have a t shirt thred started we probly dont want to get them confused .

Does area 5 have power at the stage?
It would be cool to use/rent a dvd projector. It’s small and portable. Use a white sheet as a screen.

bill told me that he and jim March started the west coast winter nationals 1 year before linda got the regionals going in tulare. This will make the 17th year at hollister and longest running IH event on the west coast. If you want to turn the wcwn into a mini-rallye, lets plan for next year. I would hope we could get 25 trucks, a few sponsors, a few awards, etc

the t-shirt thread is for babs shirts. The hollister shirt will remain with the hollister thread.

Will this work for ya? Post up that we are selling a hollister shirt. Sell for $15 / not preordered. Guys can post their size and quantity. I’ll keep an eye on it and post a running total. We’ll order what gets posted, plus a few more. They pay at hollister. Shirt cost should be $8.00 for an ash/charcoal shirt.

Lol - now that was funny. And that wasn't exactly what I meant either. Grey is just a lighter version of black. Or a darker version of white. Take your pick lol

for those movie nights by the campo fire:
I have a new still in the box stereo deck that plays dvd video and has a 4.3" touch screen display. I origanaly purchased it for my 74 way back before I took it for a spin around a tree. Now that I'm driven a different Scout that has a fairly decent dash I plan on installing it very soon into the newer to me Scout. I should have enough time to get er done, since there's about 2 months to go. Doubt that I'll have 4x4 capabilities by then though. Got lots to do in order to get that done.

My minde was realy getting used to red. It is IH.'s offical collor. Suppose my minde could get used to charcoal tho.
The wcwn. Thing was just a idea for the art work this year and maby a way to get the ball rolling for next year. We could use somthing about 17 years and running or longest running west coast IH event. Agin these are just thoughts. :thumbsup::t
the ordering plan works for me. Cary you know the most about this I was kinda thinking the t shirts May need there own thred. Do we have a upfront cost issue?
