Many trucks, Metro (sold), Travelalls, Scouts, Pickups & flatbed

All these trucks are located in san diego county, CA. Call sven at 760-468-2296

1958 metro sm220 auto, fairly straight body, a little rust but not bad. $3,900

1967 Travelall 4x4 v8 3/4 or 1 ton 5-spd (direct 5th). Dana 60 rear. Runs and drives. Nothing major but some dings in most every panel. Has the weird 6 lug pattern but has set of 5 one piece rims. Glass is good including the rear curved glass. $1,000

1965 Travelall v-8 4x4 some rust no rear side windows. Never had it running but previous owner said it ran fine before they pulled the distributor and carb which subsequently got stolen. Has the ram power steering $600

1970 Scout 800 4x4 twin stick transfer case. Was a 4-cyl but motor is missing. Straight body but does have a few small rust bubbles starting. Dana 44 rear, has almost new set of 31" bfgs (less than 5000 miles) $1,000

1979 Scout II v-8 4x4 half cab, rear diff is blown, body looks good but there is some rust, I never tried to get this one running but I expect it will. Front disk. $1,300

1960 b160 16 ft flatbed 6-cyl lift gate. Cab is amazingly straight, almost perfect. $1,100

1973 pickup v-8 4x4 (I think) utility bed runs ok smokes a little, needs gas tanks $750

1970 pickup v-8 1 ton 2wd front I-beam, construction type dump bed. Dually. I tried to get this one running when I bought it but was acting like it had an intake leak so I gave up and just winched it on the trailer and never tried again, seemed like it will run fine. $1,000

these following trucks aren't internationals but I bought them to use the parts on IH trucks so I will list them in case any of you want them for parts, all 3 are complete trucks:
1995 dodge ram 2500 cummins diesel 4x4, engine (almost 200k) auto trany (rebuilt 20k ago) and rear diff (Dana 70 I believe) all good front diff and t-case destroyed in front end wreck (hit drivers side front tire). $2,900 firm.
1976 3/4 ton suburban GM 14 bolt rear Dana 44 front with disk brakes 400 v-8 auto $1,600
1987 3/4 ton suburban GM 14 bolt rear Dana 44 front with disk brakes, lifted with 37s 350 v-8, auto, NP205 I believe $2,600

sold! 1961 Travelall 2wd I-beam v8 4-spd. Body is straight but has small amount of rust in quarters. Runs and drives good but needs the clutch master cylinder rebuilt, kit is on the way. $2500

sold! 1974 Scout 4x4 304 auto. Dana 44s with front disk. Motor taps and trany slips. $800

sold! 1970 International Scout 800 4x4. 304 v8 4-spd t-19, Dana 20 transfer case. All gauges and lights work. Drive it home. Runs and drives good, nearly new 32” BFG mud terrain tires, it also has poly gas tanks. The truck is rust free except for one spot in the bed which is easily fixable, none in body. Body is fairly straight and has original paint, champagne color. Dana 44 rear end with posi. Electronic ignition, gun racks. $2,800

sold!!! 1967 International Travelall barn door v8 5-spd (direct 5th) 2wd I-beam. Body is amazingly straight and rust free. This truck is a project but won’t be hard to get road worthy. I put a carb on it from one of my other trucks and the motor runs fine and I drove it a little bit, but it needs the brakes checked out and a new carb. The rear side windows have been removed and are laying in the back, the bumpers are there as well. $1,250

Hi sr2dude.

Sounds good. I'm not sure who your father is, I've gotten a lot of calls, but I'm not going to make it tomorrow so it looks like it will be Friday sometime. Thanks.

Sven

Do you sell these types of vehicles on a regular basis or do you just have them on hand as of the posted time. If you sell them regularly, I'm looking to purchase a Scout, Scout-2, or other
4wd International in the near future.thank you.

I was wondering if you still had both Scout II's still available as well as the Scout 800 and do they have titles? I am concidering picking up all three and I was wondering if you can send more photos to. wheels_mt@hotmail.com

Hi all,

sorry to be out of touch for so long. All these trucks are still available so if any of you are still interested I’d be happy to hear from you and I promise I will call back this time. I’m going up to the property where they are parked on Wednesday so I can take some more pictures if there is something you want to see.

I'm really sorry I didn't call or respond to anyone after the first week or two. I was in the middle of moving when I posted these adds and we got overwhelmed. We needed to get out of the place we were renting and it took us 2 weeks longer than we thought. We had 2 days after we finished moving and then we got hit by a week long storm (only 12 inches of rain) that took out 3 of our horse shelters and we lost 17 chickens and so on, so I've been doing damage control ever since.

Again I am really sorry I didn't manage to respond to anyone. I've got a list in front of me of people who have called in the last month or so and I'm going to call everyone today.

Regards,
sven

Thanks for working with me on this sven. I'm excited to to get down there and pick up the metro. Plans are in the works now.

Thanks for updating sven! We we're getting a bit concerned that someone was running a scam...it happens from time-to-time and we do our best to protect the interests of our members!

Hi michael,

no, not a scam, just me being overwhelmed. Sorry.

I sold the ’67 barn door Travelall yesterday, the check is in the mail for the metro, and I’ve got a guy coming on Friday for the ’74 Scout. So I’m getting there. Thanks for your patience.

Sven

I don't have any travelettes, but I still have 3 travelalls. A '65 v-8 mostly complete (needs a carb and dist.) 4x4 with some rust, no rear windows, power steering. A '67 3/4 ton 6-lug 4x4 v-8, body is a little rough, not much rust though. It ran and drove, but I think I've stolen the carb off it, but I probably have one laying around I can rebuild and put back on it. And I still have the white '68 although my friend bought it and is having me fix a few things and then he wants me to sell it for $6,000. The only real problem is that it has water in the tank, so I just need to drop the tank and clean it out. It runs and drives fine, 392 4-spd 4x4 with 37s.

If you are interested in any of those send me and e-mail at junkscouts @ hotmail.com (leave out the spaces). Thanks.

Sven

1.jpg looks to be a 69 or 70 single cab flatbed dually truck. Is it available? What shape is it in rust wise? Price? Anymore pics?

Thanks chuck

I still have 3.

1968 4x4 392 4-spd Dana 60 rear, drum brakes 37” tires. No rust. Truck is in great shape. Rear side windows have cracks but do not leak. $6,000

1965 4x4 v8 ps 4 or 5-spd (if 5 it is direct) body is fairly straight but has some rust. Previous owner said it ran but they pulled the distributor and carb which are still missing. Missing rear side windows. $1,000

1967 4x4 v8 5-spd (direct 5th). Dana 60 rear. Runs and drives. Nothing major but some dents in most every panel. Has the weird 6 lug pattern but has set of 5 one piece rims. Glass is good. $1,400

e-mail me at junkscouts@hotmail.com If you are interested in any of them. Thanks.

Sven

I was woundering if you still have the 4x4 traveall for sale still?

Hi chuck,

yes, it is a 1970 1 ton (8 lug) I believe. It has a heavy duty bead on it that is well used but is serviceable and has a pto dump. To be honest I don’t remember how bad the rust is. I don’t remember anything major on it though but I could be wrong. I will take a look next time I make it up that way and I will take more pictures. I tried to fire it up when I bought it, it would almost run but was acting like it had a vacuum leak and I just used a come along to load it and never tried to fire it up again. I’d probably take $1,000 for it if you are interested. You can e-mail me directly at junkscouts@hotmail.com. Thanks.
