As far as mounting interchangeability, I'd have to say yes.

As far as functionality, I'd have to say maybe/prolly not!

The primary difference according to the parts breakout is in the primary/secondary piston part numbers, but no dimensions are given. No doubt there is a difference in piston diameters between power and non-power applications. That would be the norm for any "conventional" vacuum booster system.

Also the master cylinder application is dependent upon "which" type of booster you are referring to, there were three different systems available/used on the "d" model '69>'71 light duty squarebodies.
 
Actually my 70-1100 has no p.brakes,all drum,an the m.cyl.,is pitted bad.I have 1 offa '70 1000,that has a good m.cyl.,w/p.booster.was just wondering about swapping them out.would a booster work w/drum brakes?tia,Jeff
 
Long story short, yes the booster and mc will work. They ran power drum from the factory mostly on 70-73 3/4 and 1 tons.
