Lost Book. Need Timing Info Please

Hey guys. Lost my IH bible during the move and need to check my timing . I've got a 345 on a '73 half-cab. Please help. Thanks!

Time off #8, factory calls for 0* tdc, of course almost no one runs it there usually 5 or 6* advanced. If that is what you are asking?

Make sure you plug the vaccum advance hose when setting or checking the timing!Jeff
