Don't have the parts, but holy cow! Look at that pump on the front of that engine. What's the gpm rating? Does it run off the crank or pto?

Hello,

pump in the fornt is a wasterlain, you have landuyt from bruges and wasterlain from vilvoorde who were the major firetruckbuilders those days.

Gpm would have to check, but it's a lot, they always had 2.500l in a tank in the back just to start with...

Pump was crank driven and could be operated from the front, with leaver to engage, to go faster, etc, even starting and stopping the engine from the outside. Gauges for temp, rpm and everything are in the front to.

There are also "midships" with the pump behind the engine, and operating from the side.

But realy need to find the hardware to adjust the brakes....

Have you posted on the binder planet?

www.binderplanet.com

There is user on there, docstewart, who May be able to provide a source / ideas. He has an old cargostar (I think).

He is also on this forum, but I do not think he "checks in" here as often.
