looking for a 345

I have a 345 I am going to replace with a 392. I'm in san jose, you can hear it run in my truck, as I drive it every day. Just needs new head gaskets soon. Everything else in it was replaced a couple years ago though.
 
I have a rebuilt 345 bottom end. A set of 345 heads that have been dissasembeled and hot tank and a 4 barrel intake a distrubutor flywheel and decent clutch give me a call at 530-329-3814
