I live in lower southeast VA on the Chesapeake Bay. I am looking for a place/shop/garage to work on my 2 scouts. I have a 1962 with less than 60k on it and want to keep it as close to original as possible but needs some work. It has been sitting a shop for the last 4 month with a wash list of items. After calling several times and not getting any real answers, I stopped by to find out nothing has been done yet, no parts ordered and it has been sitting outside the whole time! It was perfectly find in my climate controlled garage waiting to be worked on! I need to find a new place any help out there?

That's too bad. It sure is hard to find any reputable shops willing to work on these old piles anymore. Just a bunch of slackers and shysters mostly. IH Parts, who owns this forum, does a great job with their vehicle work, but you're a long way from Grass Valley, California! You might try plugging in with SEBA, the South East Binders Association, which is an enthusiast club that's headquartered a lot closer to where you are. Perhaps some members from that club could point you in the right direction. You can find them on facebook.
