location of block drain plug on 79 196

Will someone please tell me the location of the block coolant plug on the 196. I removed the plug about 12" ahead of the starter which looks like an oil plug. Also removed one on the opposite side close to the bell housing, looks like another oil plug.
 
The block drain plug will be larger and higher up the block than those little oil galley plugs. The SV8's have a plug on both sides of the block. I don't know which side it is on the I-4.
 
Thanks, Scout Parts has pic of 4 cyl for sale, hanging on chain with intake off. Looks like plug is under the intake. I'll have a look when it stops snowing.
 
To drain the block at its lowest point there is plug with a square head on the passenger side of the block. It is in the same location as a V8 engine. I did not see a drain on the driver side. Was just doing this last Sunday so it's pretty fresh in my mind.
