local spots

I was thinking more of an in-n-out.

A bunch of us are getting together for dinner soon. Why don't ya join us in fremont and we'll talk about hollister and other places.

Carnegie suck unless its under water or you are new and your trying out a new rig and frank rains isnt all that bad its all hill side so you do a lot of climbing,eather way its better than being home on the week end:icon_smile:

How much is up there any way ? When I was a kid we used to go up just down the road from there it was called horse shoe it was behinde the skating rink that was just torn down its a rock quary now.

As mentioned in the post after you wrote this you want to avoid going on private and public land without permission as the risk is simply not worth it.

I understand wanting to go wheeling in your back yard (I used to do it and looking back, some of the stuff we did was pretty stupid). It also hurts our hobby as it promotes a negative reputation and the environmentalists jump all over the opportunity to show how negligent 4wheelers are.

If you want to go wheeling and learn more about your truck, IH's and wheeling, go to hollister this weekend!

Also, stay connected with the babs folks as they do more than just this one trip.

By the way I think I saw you a few weeks back... I was driving a black 74 IH step side 4x4 pick-up and also live in hayward. I’m not trying to lecture you here, just giving my perspective. As mentioned I live close by (I will give you a spindle) and can help with many questions you probably have.
