I have a 73 1110, I pulled the dash and front dash cover plate to do some work and noticed there are 2 lights on either side of the steering wheel under the Speedo that are being covered up by the dash cover plate. Does anyone know what these lights are for? Here is a picture, the right bulb is burned out.

Also, kinda of a strange situation. My right turn signal light on the speedo wasn’t working. The socket for the bulb was broken so I replaced it and put the bulb back into the gauge. Well now the green turn signal light light won’t work unless I touch the back of the plastic socket with my finger. When I flip the turn signal on and touch the socket, it blinks. When I remove my finger the light goes out.
