Lifter Replacement Question

I have some lifter nioise coming for my 266 and want to correct the problem. Should I take them out and service them or am I better off just buying a new set and replace them all or just replace the ones that are bad. When I replace them do I have to replace anything else or just the lifters. As long as nothing else seems bad.

Inspect each lifter face for cupping or a concave depression in them. If you do see that the cam is done. If they are basically flat you can see about new lifters.

If the lifters are ticking because of a cause other than a worn out cam or poor oil flow the lifter gallery, they can be disassembled and cleaned and reinstalled.

Be aware that good oil flow to your rocker assembly does not mean the lifters are getting an adequate supply.

Then I should check to make sure that the oil is getting up to them. I see two ports in the head corners are there any other places I should check
