Jetfxr's 68 pickup

This is a shot of the engine when I got the truck. Still has the oil bath air cleaner, very untouched.

It May have a title from 1968 but the front fenders are from pre-1968--no side indicator lights.

I like the fact it doesn't sit so high.

What springs did you use?

My '65 d1200 t-all is too high for my wife and daughter to get in easily.

Since it rides like a lumber wagon I was thinking of re-springing it with some springs that aren't quite so stiff.

I was aware of the marker lights also lack of trim, my thoughts were very early 68 or as you said carry over from 67.

Springs are the ones that were on it when it was built so there again 67/68 2wd 1/2ton with over loads in the rear.
