Is a 0-7448 a 0-7448?

Hey all im about to buy a new carb for my 345 Scout 2. In a previous post it has been recommended to me to pick up a Holley 0-7448 . Now I went to my local shop and with tax they wanted 475 out the door just for the carb. A quick look online shows them shipped for around 330.00 am I missing something? Id like to buy local but that is a big difference.

Again please pardon my ignorance but what else do I need with the new carb? Thanks for any help
 
The higher priced one might have a different finish, but that's a lot of cabbage for some bling. Internally and functionally there should be no difference. Even though IHPA might not be local to you, you can buy with confidence from this vendor. Service before, during and after the sale is what they're all about. It's never a bad thing to support an outfit that supports this hobby. When you can save money it the bargain its even sweeter. I suggest calling during pst business hours so that you can rap with a humanoid about your specific needs. They don't bite...hard.
 
So I got my carb from my local speed shop . The gasket that came with it looks a bit thin compared to the original. I believe I read on here somewhere that the smaller gasket will cause a vacuum leak. Anyway is the gasket with heat shield sold on ihparts america the correct one I need?
