Yes. Dana 44 in the rear for all years of sii.

Cool, I have a chance to buy a 78 rear Dana 44 brake to brake for 150.00. If I get 100.00 for the rear after I take the brakes off, I'll be happy. He just sent pics of the drums, they look good, lots of pad left on the shoes.

Just so ya know, the width of the shoes & drums are different. IH changed the width sometime in 73 or 74. Ask me how I fingered that one out. But yes the whole setup can be swapped between the two years. Just measure the new width of the shoes for your records, so if/when you need new shoes, you know what to get.
