Intake Manifold Leaking

is there any way I can get a list and quote of everything I need to fix the coolant leak on my intake manifold? It seems to be coming out of some sort of plug. I do know I need intake manifolds gaskets. I should probably clean the area under the valley pan least I have been told. So I guess I need that gasket as well. It does leak oil somewhere so maybe that or the rear main seal. I wasn't sure if I should just get a engine gasket kit.

An intake gasket set is $11.70 and the freeze plugs that go under the intake manifold are $.45 each. If you are going to replace the valley pan gasket while you have the intake off its cost is $7.95.
