I'm throwing down the gauntlet!

I am challenging anybody in the IHSTO To build a better, genuine IH valve cover racer than me. :ciappa: on November 12th, total destruction racing team is having a 4x4 cruise in/chili feed/valve cover race, there is no cost to race or to show off your 4x4. The event will be held from 11:00am to 3:00pm in grand ronde at the grand ronde community center, all proceeds from the chili sales goes to charity. Rules and details are listed in the link provided. If your kid places higher than my kid in the event, I'll buy you a chili dog.:ihih:

There was a few people who asked me about this event this weekend, so here is a bump to bring it back to the top.

Nice! More (virtual) trophies for the bearing tech wall of fame!:d
if their good enough for the wood bros. I think they are good enough for your valve cover!:yesnod:

Unfortunately I could not afford the bearings to be competetive. Even the high end ceramic skateboard bearings Are to much. I would have to stick with bones swiss reds. Kind of like trying to win a nascar race using my 43 year old timkins from the Travelall :prrr:

I will probably stick with the pinewood derby stuff. All you need is a block of wood and some nail on plastic wheels.

But it does look fun.

Afterthought... Why come monte is not sporting bearing tech sponsorship logos on the valve cover?
