It all started when mrs. Moose noticed that the color was weird on the hbo and starz video on demand feature. Kinda fading between bright orange and normal then back again.
After two hours the tech had lost the picture and sound on all channels. Then he says that there is nothing more he can do and that he has to escalate the job to the next higher service level. He said to expect them to call within 48 hours!
I told the dude that this was unacceptable and that he needed to get it working again before he left. So, after two more hours he had the tv working again and he left. Silly me, I should have checked the internet connection, it was dead.
So now I'm waiting for the "super tech" to come and work his magic.
I hate it when this stuff happens!
