IH truck bed year unknown like to know

Looks like some kinda military bed, don't believe it's a IH ? Jeff

My Dad had truck made trailer out of it Dad passed away never found out about but he always said go get the IH trailer

It May have been a pickup bed but it has been modified. The reason I say that is because the axle is way too far back to be a pickup. It does look like the old "big 6" IH used too use as an axle.
To bring it back it would probably take more effort than it is worth. So if you need a trailer you have a nice one.
