IH symbol

I was wondering if I have a custom made bench seat can I put the IH logo embroiled on the seat? Do I need to have a written approval for it?

Sorry for the late reply. Yes it is legal for you to have the IH embroidered into your seat cover for your personal vehicle. Where you cross the line is if you were to start selling those seat covers with the IH logo for profit. That is when you would need to obtain permission and most likely pay a fee for doing so.
