Ok, I got my throttle cable in today, I just dont know how to take off the old one and put on the new one, if you can help me out I would be the most happy person on the earth
One ot the biggest things you could do to help keep your IH on the road is a service manual and parts manual. Gott all the stuff you need to know in black and white. Jeff sells all of them so give him a call.
Again as with your shocks a picture of your cable attach point will go miles to help us help you.
If I remember correct. There is a plastic connector on the pedal arm and a 1/4" bolt at the fire wall. Then the cable runs to a ball joint on the carb.
It's a pretty simple fix. If your good a laying upside down getting the cable out of the arm. I would replace the holder and bushings on the arm.
