How To Salvage A Throw out Bearing Sleeve

When changing my clutch I discovered that the throw out bearing sleeve was badly worn from the clutch fork. Probably a very common thing. Just drill and install a second roll pin (NAPA has them) just to the side of the worn area. This will keep the clutch fork on new material again. I had a machine shop install the pin. $20. Picture attached. Hope this saves folks some bucks.
