How IHCS gets all the scouts in oregon

I was at the ihcs last night before the meeting just hanging out with ken when I snapped this picture. Then I realized that they can see every International from there to molalla, scotts mills, oregon city, mt angel and everywhere in between. No wonder they are always getting the jump on me!

That and they kin smell rust from a dam long ways off too. Kinda like jack nicholson's character in wolf when he scent-tracks his cheating wife across town...or when he scents that deer in the forest and gives chase bounding through trees, knuckles dragging, saliva dripping from gnashed teeth. That's perzactly how them roth's git-r-dun.
