since no one from nwb has responded here, let me direct you to the "source" for nwb stuff:

I don't have a current email addy for kyle (president), but a large contingent of nwb folks (including the flincham family) did come down to the IHSTO Binder Bee this past July.
Hopefully nwb is still a viable organization. And we'd also welcome your participation with IHSTO which costs nothing. We have many members (well over 300) scattered all over the western u.s.!

My brother and I used to be part of these guys, but they just seemed to die off! New letters stopped and website is in limbo. Not sure what the deal is
