Lol! Great idea sean! We'll have to keep that tradition in the Scout family. It's now a requirement if you have a Scout to use it as your get away vehicle. Just make sure you have a gas can with gas in it, right? ;-) or not because then it makes for a great story. Lol! I'm looking forward to the next work day.

Any thoughts anyone on the next work day date? Aug 8th would work great for me. Not sure if that is too soon.

Lol! So sweet doc....yep. He is a mechanical engineer with actually one full time job and a second part time within the same field. He's a very hard worker and very smart too. I'm the one looking for a full time job. Only part time now. I'll find something soon hopefully though. :)
 
As for hollister, kate, ben and I will be making our way up to tahoe on the 18th. I would be in for a day trip otherwise.

stub shaft(s) (1 fits nicely inside above spindle)
2-3' of hard brakeline (zip tied to my cage under my seat.. Been there 3-4 years).
Inner tube
belt(s)

and I bring a couple of pieces of 2" copper pipe (1 straight, 1 bent) that are have the ext diameter as he int. Diameter of radiator hose (along with several band clips).
 
I plan on being there. Maybe even be staying over night.

I put the top on my truck and its deffenetly alot more tippsy on the corners. After this trip im ganna take it off and start looking for a roll bar.
 
I was planning to go up Friday but that isn't working out. So now I'm planning on leaving brentwood early sat am and staying all day. Not planning on spending the night.

I'll be down in hollister sometime Friday late afternoon/early evening. I plan on setting up a tent in the sycamore area next to the showers. I will only be there for Friday night and plan on leaving late Saturday.
