HOLLISTER / MARCH 23-25 / 17th ANNUAL

I have put in for Thursday & Friday off . If I actualy get the days off I should get down ther in the afternoon . Stacy keeps flip floping on if he will make it or not . For that matter so do my grils . So I May be by my self or with a party of 5.

If u guys are ok with breakin in a newbie then I think I can swing the trip this year. Now that I actually have a Scout to drive! Lol

And that's how I ended up with 3 scouts in my driveway.

I'm up in richmond & work in oakland near the coliseum. We have a work day scheduled for Saturday March 17. And you are like 20 minutes away from where I'm at. Come on up and if ya need some maintenance on your Scout, it's good time to bring it.

Hey bart,

I think the girls (Mom and terra) will come down for the day on Saturday, possibly even spend the night, but it all really depends on the weather :yikes:
 
My wife and kids I are planning on being there. I just saw the babs hollister ad on craigslist. We've lived in alameda for a year and a half and just picked up a Travelall last fall. It needs to see some dirt.

Welcome to the forums and the love craze of IH world. Nice looking rig ya got too. I pass right by alameda twice a day going to and from work.

We also have a work day scheduled up for the week prior. more info here I open up my shop space for pre-run maintenance for the locol IH'ers to get some wrenching done on thier rigs inside - rain or shine. Vancetater also, opened up his place for the same thing for people down in the santa cruz area

Btw - kids and family are welcome. One of the last work days we had at my space, silverscout (another member here in the forum) had his son ben with him.
 
I meet up with you guys by chance last year. I was the kid with the red 800 with the john deere green small block. :icon_mrgreen: if all goes to plan I'll be there.

Haha, ok u got me. I already have 3.5 IH's in the stable (the .5 being the powerstroke in my f-250 lol) my traveler is just the first one I bought and first to see pavement! As of just a month ago after an 18 year hibernation! I think the t-all is next on the list...

Scooter-thanks for the invite! Since I just built my truck its pretty much ready to go. But I might come by to get help with a few quirky things and lend a hand if can.

Totally bummed! Just found out I have a work meeting to attend on sat, right smack in the middle of the day. But I might try to come sat night if the weather is decent. I've learned in the last few days that my Scout leaks like a sieve! Lol smells like a wet dog convention in there.

That stinks - pun intended - lol. Too bad about the work thing. I been there done that with the dog smel. But not from leaking rig, it was from the actual living & breathing dogs I used to have

if ya aint doing much this coming Saturday, I'm having an IH work day here at my man cave of a shop space. work day info You're welcome to come hang out and/or help wrench.
