This is Joe ,stacys Dad . What can we do to help out with the Saturday lunch ? Do you need help funding ,shopping,cooking ,cleaning ? Let us know.:smilewinkgrin:
 
I will stop by costco and pickup the stuff. At hollister I'll pass the hat. $15-20 each should cover it.

I can get my "hot dog" kit ready to go within 5 minutes. Stacy said he will help out dave and I.
 
I don't have school or anything else that ties me down on Friday so I plan on going down to hollister early in the day. Are we going to plan on staying in the sycamore area? And if so, should I try and stake out some spots for people that come later in the day? Let me know what I can do to help out.
 
We will be gooing down some time Friday afternoon. The camp sites next to the showers are orety nice. Maby we should see how many people are staying so we can try to save some spots:icon_smile:

I will bring the usual
• propane stove
• grill, charcoal, fluid, lighter
• pots
• paper plates and plastic forks/spoons
• paper towels
• aluminum foil
• tongs, spatula, cutting knife, cutting board, can opener, serving spoons [onion, chili, potato salad]
• cooler/ice for pot salad, condiments
• mustard, ketchup, relish
• cut-up red onion
•

Craig will go to costco:
• hot dogs
• buns
• chili
• bag of grated cheese
• potato salad
• box of chips
• something sweet for dessert

• Estimated cost??? Maybe $125.oo
• what doesn’t get eaten for lunch well be eaten for dinner or breakfast.
• anything else? Hat will be passed around.

I count 22 not including tdo. I will plan to buy for 28 - 30 at two dogs apice = 60 dogs/buns, one can chili, one tub potato salad, cheese, box o chips, carton of cookies. Anything else?
