Holley to a Prestolite

I am working on a '74 ll, 345 came with a 4 speed but now has a tf 727. My Holley distributor housing was broken and can't be used, so I am putting in a prestolite 4002b, pointless, off of a '77 345 that I got the tf from. What do I have to do to use the prestolite in the Holley's place?
I know the plug wires are not the same, is there a module or resistor I need? And there are 3 wires on the prestolite, where do they go?
Thanks guys

I would remove the original gold box ignition module off of the firewall and the wiring that goes from it to the distributor. Find the switched wire coming out of the harness at the coil and hook that up to the positive side of the coil. Of the three wires from the distributor two get hooked up to the coil. Brown wire to negative side, red wire to positive side. The third white wire is for a tach signal and can be left unplugged if you are not using it.
