Holley Sniper Coolant Temperature Sensor Install Location

Still working on installing the new Sniper EFI purchased from IH a few weeks ago. I need to find a location for the coolant sensor and the only location I see on the manifold is where the stock sensor goes to the temperature gauge in the dash. Any ideas on where else I can install it? Looks like 3/8" threads. By the way, this is a '69 800A with 304.

years ago when i had fuel injection- i had mine in the back on the intake there is a pipe plug that goes to a water jacket.

i can get a picture if you like my temp sensor is still there.....

Thanks there are 2 plugs back there on the 1969 304 but I thought both of them were for vaccum, which has long since been removed. Unfortunately I can't find anywhere yet if either of those plugs is for coolant to be sure.

Josh, here is a picture of the back of the intake manifold on my 1969 800A with the 304. Is one of these ports what you are referring to to connect the CTS for my Holley Sniper? Thanks, Jon

i got this pic of the internet.... . this pipe plug is a water jacket....
the pipe plug in your picture is a manifold vacuum port.
