Hi Torque starter questions

I have a 345 with a t-19 and want to know if I need to use the spacer that came with the hytorque starter? Thanks

If it is a manual transmission then no spacer is required. However I still always check starter drive depth when installing any starter in order to make sure that it is set correctly. Too much engagament or not enough can result in a chewed up flywheel.
