Headlights

Does anyone have any experience with these headlights yet. My rep came by yesterday and just about sold me on these headlight until I found out they are $250 each. Curious if anyone has used them yet and if they are worth it.

What's the advantage, cause it's an led? That's not worth $500 in my mind, are they that much brighter? I wouldn't make the investment since they are so easy to change.
