Hard Top Seals for Traveler

When I was working for binder books we could only get those seal in Scout II length, so for a traveler we advised the person to buy three seal and cut and glue the third so it can be extended to traveler length. We didn't like it as a solution, but it was all light line was offering us, so we did what we could. If nothing has changed that is the solution.
 
Carl has it right and nothing has changed since. We still have to splice the regular Scout II seals with another piece to make them the full traveler length.
