This is my 1972 Scout II that I picked up about almost two years ago. It has very little rust for a Scout and has a true 72,000 miles. It's very original but that's going to change soon.
Here's the plan:
spring over w/high steer
Scout width Chevy d44
33 x 12.5 x 15 m/t's (maybe 35's later)
new front/rear bumpers and rock sliders
twin stick the d20
new exhaust
chev/Ford disc brakes
six point cage
lsx chev (probably a few years out!)

So I picked up some old American racing vectors to run on the Scout. I had planned on running them with the m/t's but I found a set of tires mounted already so I May just find a set of all terrains and run the cool wheels on the street. Does anyone know a way to paint chrome without sand blasting and still have the paint stick?
