Front Parking Brake Cable Needed

I am looking for a used front park brake cable for Scout 2 in working condition. The one being pulled out appears to have no damage but cable is seized within housing. Any thoughts on fixing my old one would be helpful also.

I am in livermore and hoping for a quick swap with somebody local.
 
Get some good penetrating oil,spray and hang it up,spray in 1 end,let it seep down inside the outer housing.or just roll it up in a 5-gallon bucket,with a few inches of diesel fuel,can add some auto trans,fluid in there to.let it sit for a day,then start to try an move the cable.thats the cheap way.May take a while ? Or just buy a new 1 from our ll dealers? The soaking don't cost much...Jeff
